dn20:9.2 the eastern quarter.

dn20:9.3 Lord of the centaurs,

dn20:9.4 he’s a great king, glorious.

dn20:9.5 And he has many mighty sons

dn20:9.6 all of them named Indra.

dn20:9.7 They’re powerful and brilliant,

dn20:9.8 so beautiful and glorious.

dn20:9.9 Rejoicing, they’ve come forth

dn20:9.10 to the meeting of mendicants in the wood.

dn20:9.12 the southern quarter.

dn20:9.13 Lord of the gnomes,

dn20:9.14 he’s a great king, glorious.

dn20:9.15 And he has many mighty sons

dn20:9.16 all of them named Indra.

dn20:9.17 They’re powerful and brilliant,

dn20:9.18 so beautiful and glorious.

dn20:9.19 Rejoicing, they’ve come forth

dn20:9.20 to the meeting of mendicants in the wood.

dn20:9.23 Lord of the dragons,

dn20:9.24 he’s a great king, glorious.

dn20:9.25 And he has many mighty sons

dn20:9.27 They’re powerful and brilliant,

dn20:9.28 so beautiful and glorious.

dn20:9.29 Rejoicing, they’ve come forth

dn20:9.30 to the meeting of mendicants in the wood.

dn20:9.31 King Kuvera rules

dn20:9.32 the northern quarter.

dn20:9.33 Lord of spirits,

dn20:9.34 he’s a great king, glorious.

dn20:9.35 And he has many mighty sons

dn20:9.36 all of them named Indra.

dn20:9.37 They’re powerful and brilliant,

dn20:9.38 so beautiful and glorious.

dn20:9.39 Rejoicing, they’ve come forth

dn20:9.40 to the meeting of mendicants in the wood.

dn20:9.41 Dhataraṭṭha in the east,

dn20:9.42 Virūḷhaka to the south,

dn20:9.43 Virūpakkha to the west,

dn20:9.44 and Kuvera in the north.

dn20:9.45 These four great kings,

dn20:9.46 all around in the four quarters,

dn20:9.47 stood there dazzling

dn20:9.48 in the wood at Kapilavatthu.
