sn36.19:11.2 It’s when a mendicant, going totally beyond perceptions of form, with the ending of perceptions of impingement, not focusing on perceptions of diversity, aware that ‘space is infinite’, enters and remains in the dimension of infinite space.
sn36.19:11.3 This is a pleasure that is finer than that.
sn36.19:11.4 There are those who might say
sn36.19:11.5 that this is the highest pleasure and happiness that sentient beings experience.
sn36.19:11.6 But I don’t grant them that.
sn36.19:11.7 Why is that?
sn36.19:11.8 Because there is another pleasure that is finer than that.
