sn22.57:14.3 eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind consciousness.
sn22.57:14.4 This is called consciousness.
sn22.57:14.5 Consciousness originates from name and form.
sn22.57:14.6 When name and form cease, consciousness ceases.
sn22.57:14.7 The practice that leads to the cessation of consciousness is simply this noble eightfold path, that is:
sn22.57:14.8 right view, right purpose, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right immersion.
