ud8.5:10.1 Then the Buddha left the road and went to the root of a certain tree, where he addressed Ānanda,

ud8.5:10.2 “Go on then, Ānanda, fold my outer robe in four and spread it out for me. I am tired and will sit down.”
ud8.5:10.3 “Yes, sir,” replied Ānanda, and did as he was asked.
ud8.5:10.4 The Buddha sat down on the seat spread out,
ud8.5:10.5 and said to Venerable Ānanda,
ud8.5:10.6 “Go on then, Ānanda, fetch me some water. I am thirsty and will drink.”
