Parapāṇarodhāya gihī asaññato,
Perumah tangga yang tidak terkendali membunuh makhluk lain,
The unrestrained householder kills other creatures,

Niccaṁ munī rakkhati pāṇine yato.
Sebab sang petapa yang terkendali senantiasa melindungi makhluk hidup.
while the restrained sage <j>always protects living creatures.
