Tirokuṭṭesu tiṭṭhanti,

Outside the walls they stand and wait,

at the junctions and the crossroads.

Dvārabāhāsu tiṭṭhanti,
Di dekat tiang pintu mereka berdiri,
Returning to their former homes

āgantvāna sakaṁ gharaṁ.
kembali ke rumah mereka yang dahulu.
they wait beside the door posts.
